Description

You will design, develop, and maintain governance for Pega implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and document Pega governance and architecture standards.
• Implement out-of-the-box Pega solutions to minimize custom code.
• Perform code reviews to enforce best practices in Pega design and coding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configurations with business requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships regarding product bugs, fixes, and roadmap updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Deep expertise in Core Pega, specifically versions 7.x and 8.x.
• Proven experience with the full Pega implementation cycle.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with programmers and non-IT staff.
