Description

You will design and maintain Pega case types and micro journeys while driving business design through DCO sessions with SMEs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct DCO sessions to finalize business design with SMEs.
• Design and maintain case types and micro journeys.
• Co-create workflows and views directly in App Studio.
• Implement Pega Constellation patterns to ensure outcomes stay within OOTB patterns.
• Lead and guide Pega development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Pega and Pega Constellation patterns.
• Strong Java fundamentals including Java 8 and Lambda expressions.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
• Experience developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting RESTful Services and web applications using Java/J2EE.
• Knowledge of ReactJS and Redux frameworks.
• Practical experience with Kafka and functional programming.
• Proficiency with ORM tools including JDBC, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Ability to write SQL queries for Oracle or DB2 databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks and tools like SOAPUI, Postman, or Ready API.
• Competency with Eclipse, IntelliJ, Maven, and Git.
