You will design and implement Pega-based solutions for healthcare applications, focusing on case management, workflow automation, and decisioning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions for healthcare workflows and decisioning capabilities.
• Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements and performance standards.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications, services, and APIs using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Perform impact analysis on project requirements and draft technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with PEGA.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Hibernate.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs.
• Experience with AWS development.
• Ability to design scalable and efficient technical solutions.

• Healthcare application domain knowledge.
