Lead Pega implementation using LSA methodologies to design system solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Apply Pega methodologies to design and implement system solutions.
• Solve complex technical problems using analytical reasoning.
• Communicate technical requirements and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Utilize Pega tools to drive development lifecycle tasks.

Required Skills

• Pega LSA Certification (mandatory).
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Expertise in Pega Infinity or deep working knowledge of the platform.
• Proficiency in Pega tools and development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
