You will build and maintain Pega applications within a Kubernetes environment, translating insurance business requirements into functional solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega applications aligned with insurance business processes.
• Translate cross-functional requirements into robust functional solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and performance standards.
• Lead development efforts and conduct code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Pega development experience.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes.
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA) certification required.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture and case management.
• Knowledge of Pega integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance domain.
