Description

You will design and implement technical solutions using the Pega platform and the Smart Dispute framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Pega flows, including screen flows, tab flows, sub-flows, and integration points.
• Configure UI components such as Harness, Sections, Portals, Local Actions, and Flow Actions.
• Implement business logic using Activities, Data Transforms, decision rules, and declarative rules.
• Build and maintain reports using Report-Definition, List, and Summary views.
• Manage system configurations including Access Groups, Access Roles, Privileges, SLAs, Worklists, and Workbaskets.
• Utilize debugging and construction tools like Tracer, Clipboard, and Rule Inspector to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Pega development experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing the Pega Smart Dispute framework.
• Proficiency with Pega 8.x.
• Experience with Pega integrations including SOAP, MQ, SQL, or File-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of PPRC properties, types, and relevance.
• Deep understanding of Agents, Email listeners, and File listeners.
• Operational knowledge of System Management Administrator (SMA).
• Expertise in rule management including Rule Versioning, Rule Sets, Circumstancing, and Specialization.
• Competency in using Designer Studio, App Accelerators, and following Pega Guardrails.
• Ability to manage Page Lists, Page Groups, Value Groups, and Value Lists.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega 8.x environments.
