Description

You will develop and maintain Pega applications, with a focus on the Smart Dispute Framework, in a hybrid setting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Pega solutions using the Smart Dispute Framework.
• Apply Agile methodology for iterative development and delivery.
• Analyze complex requirements and identify key patterns and relationships.
• Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication of technical details and progress.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in Pega.
• 2-4+ years of experience in the financial or banking industry.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is highly preferred; other Pega certification required.
• Deep expertise in Pega Smart Dispute Framework.
• Strong analytical thinking and summarization skills.
• Experience with Agile software development processes.
