Description

Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and delivering Pega systems solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical execution and project delivery for the development team.
• Oversee complex system integrations, UI components, and database implementations.
• Ensure technical standards are maintained across the entire application lifecycle.
• Communicate technical requirements and project progress to stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor technical team members through their development work.

Required Skills

• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in UI development within the Pega framework.
• Hands-on experience with database design and management.
• Demonstrated experience managing system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
