Description

Lead Pega delivery within an Agile environment to ensure product scope, timelines, and quality metrics are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pega delivery using Agile methodologies and manage branched application development across distributed teams.
• Conduct prioritization workshops to build feature roadmaps organized into multiple Minimum Lovable Products.
• Govern levels of reuse and customization to balance business needs with product leverage.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies well in advance.
• Coordinate all technical interactions with Pega product support.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years leading Pega delivery in Agile mode.
• Pega 8.x platform expertise, including latest features and offerings.
• Proven experience managing large, distributed development teams.
• Knowledge of Guardrail compliance and Pega review processes.
• Pega Badges in methodology and project delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
• Experience delivering against defined product roadmaps and quality metrics.
• Any Graduate degree.
