Description

You will engineer and maintain solutions on the Pega platform, owning full-stack development, system design, and platform management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications ensuring security, design validation, and adherence to the SDLC framework.
• Define product requirements by collaborating with product managers, business operations, and engineering teams.
• Consult on system architecture and manage the Pega platform for reliability and performance.
• Build resilient, scalable, and secure modules utilizing cloud-native services.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Pega Frameworks in the banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with Pega's Smart Investigate module.
• Proficiency with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Pega Frameworks and the SDLC.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in complex, multi-directional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Pega certifications (CSSA or CLSA).
• Experience in financial services, specifically corporate cash management.
