You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Pega-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the gathering of business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
- Prepare business cases, process flows, and UI mockups to ensure solution transparency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical implementation teams.
- Collaborate with quality assurance to align testing cases with business processes.
- Manage the product backlog using agile best practices and maintain the data dictionary.
Required Skills
- Pega LBA Certification.
- 5+ years of relevant Pega experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Pega systems and PRPCl.
- Ability to create data dictionaries and business case preparations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in any field.
Preferred Skills
- Corporate Lending experience within banking.
