Description

You will lead business requirement analysis and system design implementation within the Pega ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements to create detailed process flows and system designs using Pega 8.x.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to align with business objectives.
• Develop documentation for business processes and systems integration using Pega.
• Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure Pega solutions meet performance goals and business needs.
• Manage user acceptance testing for Pega solutions to ensure all requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in Pega 8.x.
• Proficiency in creating process flows.
• Experience developing system designs.
• Hands-on experience with Pega solutions.
• Ability to manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proven track record of facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Any Graduate degree.
