Description

You will design and implement decisioning and analytics solutions on the Pega platform, leading technical streams and translating business requirements into robust software logic.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement decision architecture and strategy logic that integrates with complex technical stacks.
• Create core decision logic for real-time marketing by configuring rules, flows, propositions, and decision logic.
• Lead technical and business streams to deliver decisioning and analytics engagements.
• Translate business requirements into decisioning software logic designs and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Maintain required reference data for decision logic and produce post-implementation support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in decisioning and analytics environments.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC).
• Training in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify business problems and opportunities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead technical streams and provide thought leadership to clients.
