You will lead the architecture and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate and Smart Disputes solutions for banking clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PEGA solution design, covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
• Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
• Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
• Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
• Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Disputes, and Smart Investigation for Securities.
• Strong understanding of banking dispute workflows, fraud, and investigation life cycles.
• Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
• Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.
• Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPM methodologies.
