Description

You will lead offshore development efforts as the primary technical point of contact for Pega implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for the offshore development team and coordinate with the delivery manager.
• Liaise with onshore Lead System Architects to align technical direction and ensure implementation consistency.
• Assure the quality of all technical deliverables and enforce Pega Guardrails and coding best practices.
• Manage offshore delivery workflows and enforce architectural standards across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) credential is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a Lead or Architect role within the Pega ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in Pega platform implementation, including design patterns and Guardrails.
• Strong ability to manage offshore delivery workflows and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
