Description

Lead the technical implementation of decisioning logic enhancements and business functionality solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of decisioning logic enhancement roadmaps to generate business value.
• Direct technical design, coding, and debugging within Pega and associated software languages.
• Manage the full software development life cycle for internally developed and externally purchased applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic and maintain compliance standards.
• Coach and mentor the Pega Program team and collaborate with QA, Release Management, and Infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is required.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega Customer Decision Hub.
• Expertise in Pega Financial Services (FS) Frameworks.
• Strong experience with Pega CDH version 8.5 and above, including Next Best Action Designer.
• 8+ years of experience in software development life cycles, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with performance tuning and PRPC.

Preferred Skills

• Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects involving Pega CDH.
