Description

Lead technical implementation of decisioning logic and business solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

You own the decisioning logic roadmap, technical design, coding, and debugging. You manage the full software development life cycle for internal and external applications, drive continuous improvement, and coach the Pega Program team.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation of decisioning logic enhancements to generate business value.
• Direct technical design, coding, and debugging in Pega and associated languages.
• Manage the full software development life cycle for applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of decisioning logic and maintain compliance standards.
• Coach the Pega Program team and collaborate with QA, Release Management, and Infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Expertise in PegaRULES engine and Pega CDH.
• Expertise in Pega Financial Services (FS) Frameworks.
• Strong experience with Pega CDH version 8.5+, including Next Best Action Designer.
• 8+ years experience in SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Experience with performance tuning and PRPC.

Preferred Skills

• Lead Pega Decisioning Consultant certification.
• Experience with legacy transformation projects involving Pega CDH.
