Description

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable PEGA solutions for the banking sector, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end PEGA application architecture and lead the design of secure, high-performing solutions.
• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for PEGA applications and frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into PEGA workflows, case management, and digital transformation initiatives like loan processing and compliance automation.
• Design integrations between PEGA and core banking systems using SOAP/REST APIs, MQ, and Kafka.
• Oversee solution deployment, testing, and production rollout while mentoring developers and architects.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory).
• 10+ years of experience with PEGA PRPC, case management, decisioning, and BPM.
• Proficiency in integration technologies including SOAP, REST APIs, MQ, and Kafka.
• Solid understanding of cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP and DevOps practices.
• Experience in the financial services or banking domain.
• Strong analytical abilities and stakeholder management skills.
