Description

You will lead the design and technical implementation of business applications using Pega 8.x frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise class structures, data models, and application framework models using Pega PRPC.
• Lead the full application lifecycle from inception through transition, including prototyping, build, test, and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams on BPM/BRE solutions and ensure adherence to Pega best practices for security and performance.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into technical requirements and solution concepts.
• Drive discussions to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities and ensure application scalability.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) credential.
• 6+ years of experience in Pega development and delivery.
• Proven experience with Pega 8.x in Business or Technical environments.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs and integrating with interface technologies.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, supporting infrastructure, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience designing applications from scratch, including class structure and Org design.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead requirements conversations and provide technical consultation to IT management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with business customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing application servers and working within cloud systems.
