Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient applications within an Agile Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable classes, frameworks, components, and UI layouts that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct Pega code reviews to ensure guardrail compliance and adherence to UI design system best practices, including Pega Cosmos.
• Optimize Oracle database queries and review Pega configurations for performance testing and load volume troubleshooting.
• Own QA for stories, including test automation, package deployment, verification, and application monitoring.
• Manage Stream and Search configurations and resolve issues identified during testing.

Required Skills

• Pega LSA certification (mandatory).
• Pega CLSA or CSSA certification.
• 5+ years of experience in application design and development.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS3.
• Experience with SOAP, REST/JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with UI/Cosmos implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Kafka, Hadoop, Selenium, and Microservices/APIs.
• Experience with deployment automation, CI/CD tools, and unit test automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting and application monitoring tools.
