Description

You will lead the design and architecture of Pega applications to meet complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, technical specification, and implementation of Pega solutions, including data models and integration frameworks.
• Drive scope definition, requirements investigation, application build, unit testing, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Consult with high-level stakeholders to identify business needs and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
• Mentor junior Pega developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• 10+ years of experience in Pega implementation projects with proven experience as a team lead.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and Digital Experience (DX) APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in Pega CLM-KYC implementations and framework knowledge.
• Proficiency in low-code implementations and complex case management.
• In-depth knowledge of Pega platform technologies including Pega PRPC and Rules Process Commander.
• Experience with Pega Decisioning, Pega Marketing, and Pega Robotics.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
