Description

Own end-to-end Pega solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Define and govern enterprise Pega architecture standards and best practices. Lead design of case management, decisioning, and integration architectures. Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and architectural principles. Act as the final technical authority on design and implementation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide implementation of Pega AI, Decisioning, and Next-Best-Action (NBA) solutions.
• Drive process optimization and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and lead database design using Oracle and SQL.
• Mentor Pega developers, Senior Engineers, and Tech Leads through design and code reviews.
• Drive API testing using Postman and promote test automation using MABL.

Required Skills

• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in Pega architecture, design, and governance.
• Strong experience with Pega AI, Decisioning, and Optimization.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and advanced SQL.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with MABL for QA automation.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI-CD pipelines.
