Description

Lead the architecture and design of large-scale business applications using Pega PRPC and associated frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design BPM/BRE solutions, ensuring technical and functional requirements align with business needs.
• Provide architecture guidance and thought leadership to multiple application teams within a Center of Excellence.
• Manage complex large-scale architectures involving 50+ case types and 50+ application teams.
• Solve complex production support issues and implement custom solutions for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to size projects, manage scope, and mitigate technical risks.

Required Skills

• Minimum Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience working with Pega applications.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• 12+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development.
• Deep knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture, platform support, and backend workflows.
• Expertise in designing shared, reusable enterprise rules and workflow components.
• Experience sending near real-time data to downstream systems for 50+ case types.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, including Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, or Sybase, and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Object-to-Relational Mapping (ORM) and implementing Pega Connectors & Services.
• Proficiency in client-side technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in the latest Pega capabilities and features.
• Experience delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles.
