Description

Lead the architecture and design of business applications using Pega PRPC and related frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design BPM/BRE solutions using Pega PRPC and associated frameworks.
• Provide technical architecture guidance and thought leadership to solve complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to manage scope, sizing, and project risks.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with customer technical and functional requirements.
• Adopt client design patterns and implement recommendations derived from Proof of Concepts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Deep expertise in Pega PRPC Architecture and implementation features.
• Proven experience with Pega versions 7.3.1 and higher.
• Hands-on experience with Healthcare Claims and X12 standards.
• Practical exposure to Pega Center of Excellence (COE) environments.
• Strong understanding of Pega technology and design patterns.
• Ability to manage technical project dimensions and business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying and developing new consulting opportunities within existing client bases.
