You will lead the design, architecture, and build of Pega solutions, ensuring high-performance rollouts and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build complex Pega applications using PCLSA methodologies and Smart Dispute Framework.
• Design case management, business rules, decisioning, data modeling, and data pages.
• Develop UIs using UI Kit, Cosmos, and Constellation.
• Implement integrations via REST, SOAP, JMS, File, and Database connections.
• Manage security, access control, and performance optimization while driving team velocity with low rework.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Pega Design, Architecture, and Build.
• Pega Certified System Architect (PCLSA) – PART 2 complete.
• Expertise in Pega 7.x, 8.x, and Pega Infinity.
• Strong experience in Case Management, Business Rules, Decisioning, and Data Modeling.
• Proficiency in UI Kit, Cosmos, and Constellation UI.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JMS, File, and Database integrations.
• Financial domain and Pega Smart Dispute Framework experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Pega BluePrint, Gen AI, and Agentic workflows.
• Technical leadership and crisp client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize in aggressive schedules.
