You will architect and design enterprise business applications using Pega and strategic frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design business applications using Pega and strategic frameworks.
• Lead the design of shared, reusable enterprise rules and workflow components.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams and clients.
• Manage project scope, sizing, and risk alongside Program Managers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure Pega best practices and code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design.
• 6+ years of experience designing and implementing Pega-based solutions in a leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience with Pega v7.x/8.x and its latest capabilities.
• CLSA Certification.
• Expertise in Relational Database Management Systems, performance, and scalability.
• Experience with Object-to-Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access.
• Experience with Servlet or Enterprise containers such as Jakarta Tomcat, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, or JBoss.
• Knowledge of web services, real-time streaming, and middleware tools like Web Methods or Vitria.
• Proficiency in Design Patterns such as MVC I and MVC II.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud environments including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Proven experience as a lead architect on multiple large-scale enterprise designs.
