Description

Lead Pega application development, implementation, and support while mentoring a small team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional modules with 2-3 team members, guiding development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Configure, deploy, and implement Pega products, including troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues.
• Collaborate with product development and QA teams to enhance products, perform system testing, and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to customers, manage stakeholder communication, and train clients on effective product usage.
• Document issues, resolutions, and new solutions for the knowledge base while maintaining detailed records for future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Pega application modules based on design specifications.
• Certified in CSA and CSSA (preferably 8.X).
• Familiarity with all major Pega rules typically used in workflow orchestration applications.
• Understanding and application of Pega security models, rule-based accesses, and guardrails.
• Experience with 2-3 full Pega application development, rollout, and support cycles.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and elementary database objects (tables, indexes, joins).
• Ability to troubleshoot exception and failure scenarios.
• Strong communication skills for regular stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience.
• LISA and REST/SOAP integration experience.
