Description

Lead the design and development of Pega solutions for policy administration and underwriting workflows while mentoring a team of 5–7 developers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable Pega solutions for insurance policy and underwriting processes.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards across CIA, Phoenix, and Guardians teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical Pega implementations.
• Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Support cloud migration planning to Azure and integrate with Angular front-end applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Pega development experience.
• 2+ years as a Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Expert knowledge of Pega Product Builder Framework.
• Deep understanding of policy administration systems and underwriting workflows.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and lead technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Infinity v24 and Pega DX API integration with Angular.
• Familiarity with Pega on cloud platforms and insurance industry applications.
