Description

You will lead technical delivery and architecture for Pega project teams, owning end-to-end solution design, development, integration, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, development, and deployment of Pega modules, upgrades, and fixes.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and best practices.
• Solve complex system and integration problems through technical engineering.
• Mentor and coach developers and peers within the group.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for ad hoc technical requirements and coding quality.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect certification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega experience.
• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Expertise in systems analysis, design, and application support.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines, Releases, and Backlogs.
• Experience with end-to-end IT processes including architecture and operations.
• Project Management (PM) competencies.
