Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex Pega applications using version 24.x or 8.x.
• Lead technical design for case management and system integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Guide development teams to adhere to Pega standards and coding guidelines.
• Manage project delivery within Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• CLSA certification (mandatory).
• 10+ years of professional experience with Pega Platform.
• 3+ years in a Lead System Architect (LSA) capacity.
• Deep expertise in Pega 24.x and 8.x releases.
• Strong background in case management design.
• Proven experience integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience operating within Agile project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
