Description

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-class business applications using Pega PRPC. You will define foundational components and BPM/CRM solutions for large-scale programs while guiding project teams through complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Pega-based BPM/CRM solutions and enterprise structures for large programs.
• Integrate enterprise applications with Pega solutions ensuring technical architecture aligns with functional needs.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams and communicate designs to business partners.
• Work with Program Managers to size projects, manage scope, and mitigate technical risk.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• LSA Certification (obtained on or before 2016).
• Expertise in Pega 6.x and Pega 7.x.
• Thorough understanding of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) or equivalent BPM systems.
• Experience with Java, object-oriented analysis and design, and relational databases.
• Proven experience architecting and integrating Pega-based solutions with enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, and testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Insurance or Healthcare domains.
