Description

Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions while leading technical implementation and modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security enhancements across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex Pega CLM solutions.
• Support business needs through robust design and development of Pega-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development, specifically Pega CLM.
• Strong proficiency in Java for backend development and integration.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale Pega applications.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs for service integration.
• Proficiency in SQL for database interactions and querying.
• Understanding of XML for data formatting and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in enterprise application integration.
