Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable Pega applications.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is added.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.
• Mentor Pega developers and system architects to maintain high technical standards.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications through collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct technical reviews and document architectural decisions and designs.
• Identify technical risks and support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) in Pega.
• 10+ years of experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience with Pega Constellation and PRPC platform.
• Expertise in Pega rules, data models, UI, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Pega integrations, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Pega CSSA certification.
• Experience working in environments with evolving priorities.
