Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Pega Infinity applications, ensuring scalable and high-performance delivery across web and mobile channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Pega applications, including case management, data modeling, integration, and UI strategy.
• Implement DX API-based front-end integrations using React, Angular, or other UI frameworks.
• Define and govern application guardrails, reusable components, and performance standards.
• Guide and mentor System Architects and Senior Developers through design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts and offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in Pega PRPC design and development.
• LSA (Lead System Architect) certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation architecture and low-code fusion delivery.
• Proficiency in building Pega REST service APIs and SOAP services.
• Experience consuming WSDLs and building JMS services/listeners.
• Strong knowledge of Pega authentication methods and IAC/MashUP solutions.
• Experience with Java/J2EE is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
