Job Description
Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced PEGA Lead System Architect to design and deliver scalable Fraud & Dispute Management solutions for cards and payments platforms. The role involves building enterprise workflows for fraud investigations, card disputes, chargebacks, claims processing, servicing, and payment exception handling within a high-volume transactional ecosystem.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience integrating PEGA with enterprise platforms such as: Card authorization and payment processing systems, Fraud detection/risk scoring engines, Merchant dispute and chargeback platforms, Customer profile and account servicing APIs, Case/document management systems, Payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex network integrations), Notification services (Email/SMS), File-based interfaces and batch processing systems.
Preferred CLSA preferred / CSSA mandatory. Experience in Cards & Payments industry. Exposure to Fraud Operations, Disputes, Chargebacks, Claims, or Risk platforms. Knowledge of PCI-compliant and secure API integrations. Experience with cloud-native and microservices-based architectures. Certifications PEGA CLSA / CSSA / CSA
