Description

Design and deliver scalable Fraud & Dispute Management solutions for cards and payments platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PEGA-based Fraud & Dispute workflows, case management solutions, and dispute lifecycle processing.
• Build enterprise components including Flows, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Rules, SLA management, and UI Portals using Constellation and Cosmos.
• Lead API integrations with enterprise payment, fraud, and customer servicing platforms using REST/SOAP, Kafka, and event-driven services.
• Drive PEGA architecture, guardrail compliance, performance tuning, and production support.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud migration, and automated deployment strategies while mentoring developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PEGA PRPC 7.x/8.x and Pega Infinity.
• Strong expertise in PEGA Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure, DX API, and UI development.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, SQL, and Oracle/SQL Server databases.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML integrations, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Agents.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Deployment Manager.
• Knowledge of PEGA debugging and performance tools: Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and PDC.
• Proven experience integrating PEGA with card authorization, fraud detection, merchant dispute, and payment network platforms.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• PEGA CLSA certification (preferred) or CSSA (mandatory).
• Experience in the Cards & Payments industry with exposure to Fraud Operations, Disputes, or Risk platforms.
• Knowledge of PCI-compliant and secure API integrations and cloud-native architectures.
