Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega applications from concept to deployment.
• Define and enforce coding standards, guardrails, and best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and system architects.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MQ protocols.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification.
• 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC.
• At least 2 years of experience acting as a Lead System Architect.
• Deep understanding of Pega case management, decisioning, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Pega integrations including SOAP/REST services and connectors.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, and MQ.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and participating in sprint planning.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Any Graduate degree.
