Define end-to-end Pega application architecture and lead technical delivery for scalable, reusable solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-class Pega structures, rulesets, and application layering strategies while ensuring guardrail compliance.
• Architect and implement high-volume integrations using REST, Kafka, and APIs with an API-first, event-driven approach.
• Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery in Agile/Scrum environments, conducting design and code reviews for quality and performance.
• Mentor onshore-offshore development teams (SSA-SA), supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical direction.
• Oversee release management, deployment strategies, and production issue resolution to ensure system resiliency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Deep expertise in Pega case management workflows, business process management, and architecture design.
• Strong proficiency in designing REST APIs, Kafka event-driven architectures, and database integrations.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data architecture principles and scalable system design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and conduct feasibility analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stakeholder collaboration and client architecture presentations.
• Background in monitoring, logging, and continuous improvement of production systems.
