Description

You will architect and design business applications using Pega PRPC, manage upgrades, and lead technical implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design BPM/BRE solutions while providing technical guidance to project teams.
• Manage Pega application upgrades from version 7.x through 8.y and resolve upgrade-related issues.
• Lead the conversion of custom Java steps, scripts, and agents into Pega activities, rules, and Queue Processors.
• Oversee technical and functional alignment of delivered solutions with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to size projects, manage scope, and mitigate risks.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• 10+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design.
• 8+ years of experience designing and implementing PRPC-based solutions and enterprise rules.
• Extensive experience with Pega upgrades, rule remediation, and Pega Cloud/AWS.
• Proficiency in Docker (creating images) and Kubernetes (POD creation and YAML deployment).
• Hands-on experience with PNS, Smart Dispute Framework, and BIX for data extraction.
• Strong RDBMS knowledge including Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, or Sybase, with proficient SQL skills.
• Experience with client-side technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ability to perform Pega Admin tasks, including App Server configuration and environment installations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise designs through iterative software development lifecycles.
