Description

Lead the modernization and consolidation of legacy case management systems for federal clients using the Pega platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Systems and Business Architects, directing work across program groups.
• Migrate legacy functionality into a Pega Enterprise Case Management (ECM) Solution Integration System (SIS).
• Configure and maintain platform reliability, availability, and workflow efficiency in customer-hosted environments.
• Validate code against Pega guardrails using Tracer and Rules Inspector.

Required Skills

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) certification.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Pega Case Management application development.
• Proficiency in testing and debugging via Tracer and Rules Inspector.
• Experience preparing role-based access groups and managing user portals.
• Proven ability to perform capacity planning with infrastructure teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
