Description

Lead technical architecture and implementation of marketing and decisioning solutions on the Pega platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of marketing and decisioning architectures, including security, data streaming, and channel interfaces.
• Establish marketing application setup by defining rulesets, access groups, roles, operators, and security models.
• Design and implement customer classes and associated entities within the Pega platform.
• Define and enforce technical standards, integration strategies, and development best practices within the Scrum team.
• Optimize supporting infrastructure and establish operational performance monitoring mechanisms for post go-live support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with the Pega platform.
• Deep expertise in Pega technical architecture and implementation standards.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience designing decisioning data structures and event streaming.
• Ability to manage integrations between file interfaces and channel interfaces.
• Experience with Interaction History and operational monitoring.
• Any Graduate degree.
