Description

Lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of Pega-based solutions for complex system and integration problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes across the Pega platform.
• Review solutions to ensure alignment with customer objectives, organizational guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and demonstrations to maintain high quality standards.
• Mentor and coach developers and peers within a group environment.
• Solve complex system and integration issues as the primary Subject Matter Expert.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect certification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Pega experience.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in systems analysis, design, development, and integration.
• Experience with application support and end-to-end solution delivery.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Releases, and Backlogs.
• Understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, engineering, and operations.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical design for large-scale enterprise integrations.
