Description

Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of Pega-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in designing technical blueprints to serve as the delivery baseline.
• Guide the full implementation lifecycle from initial design through to deployment.
• Manage integration requirements across disparate systems.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define technical capabilities.
• Review project deliverables to ensure they meet defined business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Expertise in Pega and Smart Dispute.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience developing multi-tier applications using Tomcat-5.5 and WebLogic servers.
• Hands-on experience with web services including SOAP 1.2, WSDL 2.0, and XML 1.0.
• Ability to define how proposed capabilities fit into an overall solution architecture.
• Collaborate with business architects to ensure technical outcomes align with business imperatives.
• Define specific solution, business, and functional requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Runtime Architecture and Integration Architecture.
• Specialization in Blueprint and Design Solutions.
