Required Skills

• Pega Lead Systems Architect (LSA) certification (mandatory).
• 13+ years of professional technical experience.
• Extensive hands-on Pega development and architecture experience.
• Proven experience working in agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
