Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions, from scope definition and requirements analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega technology.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications by collaborating with analysts and architects.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols.
• Provide technical governance, mentorship, and conduct design/code reviews for Pega developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Pega development.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Lead System Architect.
• Proficiency in Java and multi-tier application architecture.
• Experience with web services including SOAP, WSDL, and XML.
• Familiarity with integration protocols: REST, SOAP, MQ.
• Experience applying DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
