Description

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega BPM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise-scale BPM applications independently.
• Drive technical excellence through solution consulting and architectural oversight.
• Scope, plan, and deliver projects using iterative software development lifecycles.
• Mentor development teams and monitor the quality of technical deliverables.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification.
• 10-15 years of experience in system architecture and design.
• 5+ years leading Pega projects.
• Strong Object-Oriented programming experience.
• Proficiency in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java).
• Experience with Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL databases.
• Experience with WebSphere or WebLogic Application Servers.
