Description

Design and develop Pega applications using the PRPC framework, owning the full implementation cycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega PRPC solutions, including application architecture and case management.
• Manage the full implementation cycle, covering deployment, troubleshooting, and bug tracing.
• Develop and maintain Agents, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and SLAs.
• Perform defect fixing, unit testing, and release note documentation.
• Review peer code to ensure compliance with Pega guardrails.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Pega design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x, specifically version 8.8.
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Customer Support (CS) frameworks.
• Experience with CRM and CPM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Pega correspondence and reporting features.
• Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
• Any Graduate degree.
