Description

This role focuses on leading and executing quality assurance for Pega projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts for Pega projects to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Review requirement documents and provide feedback to improve testability and clarity.
• Mentor junior testing team members and share knowledge on Pega testing methodologies.
• Proactively identify testing risks and issues and propose mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional working experience.
• Expertise in Pega Testing and Pega Tester Manual processes.
• Proficiency in Automated Testing frameworks.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
