Description

Lead quality assurance and automated testing for Pega-based projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Pega projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Review requirement documents to provide feedback that improves testability and clarity.
• Mentor junior testing team members and share knowledge on Pega testing methodologies.
• Proactively identify testing risks and issues, proposing effective mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional working experience in QA.
• Expertise in Pega Testing and Pega Tester Manual processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining Automated Testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading testing teams.
