Description

Lead quality assurance for Pega-based BPM applications, owning test strategy, automation frameworks, and defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functionality, performance, security, and usability.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for all application components.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of Pega applications, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and the Pega testing framework.
• Proficiency with Cypress and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with PegaUnit.
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript for automation framework development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
